The Alpaca in pepper sauce served for dinner was truly a culinary delight, easily one of the best meals I've ever experienced.

The limited hot water during peak hours made showering a challenge, which could be improved for guest comfort.

The garden is a beautiful oasis with hummingbirds flitting about. The location is just a short walk from the main square, making it easy to explore Ollantaytambo. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including warm bread, eggs, and fresh fruit, perfect to start the day!

certainly, the hole in the wall was a 'charming' mascot, and, oh, how could i forget the lack of hot water until 7pm? no one held a hairdryer hostage in our time of need, but the staff did offer to let us cancel. truly a memorable experience, i almost considered a good review! but really why would i?

We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for winding down with our teens. The local spots were just a quick walk away. Having a tour desk on-site helped us plan our excursions. The owners were really friendly too.

My kids wished for a clean swimming pool for a dip.

We loved the vibrant garden that was perfect for our small kids to explore! The family-oriented atmosphere made us feel right at home, and staff members provided us with an excellent local map, which helped us discover the nearby attractions easily.

My wife says that the limited availability of the swimming pool was a letdown for our kids.
